Reporting Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and reconcile financial, operational, risk, and business data.
• Review reporting data and investigate discrepancies, exceptions, and inconsistencies before submission.
• Maintain reporting schedules, calendars, templates, supporting documentation, and audit trails.

Core Requirements

• Experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, finance, risk, compliance, banking operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes and financial services regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing regulatory, financial, risk, or compliance reports.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with reconciliation, validation, exception investigation, reporting controls, data governance, and data quality.
• Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, risk metrics, and regulatory ratios.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, data warehouses, reporting platforms, or regulatory reporting systems is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical reporting procedures.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, investigative, and organizational skills.
• Experience with auditors, regulators, external consultants, or compliance teams is preferred.
• A relevant degree is preferred, while ACCA, CPA, CFA, FRM, ICA, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
