Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret business, operational, financial, customer, and digital data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, data models, and interactive visual reports.
• Translate business requirements into analytics projects, digital tools, automation solutions, and technology initiatives.
• Support digital systems, integrations, data migrations, implementations, UAT, testing, issue resolution, and adoption.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, quality checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Maintain data governance, security, confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital solutions, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with large datasets, data cleansing, validation, analysis, reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, databases, data models, and data querying is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is advantageous.
• Understanding of digital transformation, process automation, data governance, data quality, security, and confidentiality.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into digital or technical solutions.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, APIs, workflow automation tools, or enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Experience supporting digital projects, system implementations, UAT, or technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in a data-driven industry is advantageous.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or professional certification is preferred or advantageous.
