Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the bank's regulatory compliance framework
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks, updating policies and procedures accordingly
- Manage the Enterprise Compliance Risk Reporting (ECRR) process
- Oversee the bank's regulatory compliance program to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to compliance team and business units on regulatory matters
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a conduct risk management framework
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and committees
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external parties on compliance matters
- Mentor and develop the compliance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or related roles
- Experience in banking or financial services sector
- Professional certifications in Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crimes (preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professional certifications in Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crimes (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or related roles
- Experience in banking or financial services sector
- Advanced analytical and case management skills
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and legal requirements
- Excellent report writing and communication abilities
- Leadership and team development skills
- Confidentiality and professional integrity
- Problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Fluent in Arabic and English
