Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the budgeting and forecasting Process in coordination with senior management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive reporting packages which monitor and analyze the bank’s financial performance against budget and business targets.
- Provide Financial analysis to support senior management decision making.
- provide the annual budget, monthly and quarterly rolling financial forecasting for all business units and consolidated in coordination with senior management.
- Provide financial guidance to divisions Heads to assist in its strategic and tactical goals.
- Develop and maintain the budget system and reports.
- Monitor and analyze the bank’s financial performance against budget and business target.
- Develop presentation of financial achievement.
- Enhance the process and tools used to deliver management reporting to provide relevant timely financial information to support decision making, aligned with organizational objectives.
- Assess overall financial trends and develop appropriate financial action plan.
- Measure the performance and achievements of lines of business.
- Manage the bank’s profitability and cost accounting system.
- Submit Financial analysis and recommendations to management on a regular basis.
- Provide analytical support to the assets and liabilities management Process.
Education
:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field from a recognized university, a degree in CPA or CMA is a plus.
Experience
- :
- 7 years experience in Finance or Accounting from a Leading International Bank.
- Good understanding in Accounting and financial analysis.
Competencies
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong analytical & numerical skills .
- Strong computer skills.
- Good presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills.
- Team building and team player.
