Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with taxpayers to explain application requirements and procedures
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Process registration applications as a senior reviewer, ensuring compliance with internal standards, procedures, and quality requirements
- Analyze decisions and circulars issued at the federal government level and determine their priorities and impact
- Prepare reports on general trends affecting the entity's area of work
- Review best practices of successful organizations with similar functions and anticipate future risks
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of policies, plans, and contracts, and recommend amendments when necessary
- Analyze reports, tables, and charts and present findings to relevant stakeholders
- Study and analyze all principles, standards, and procedures related to the entity's operations and tax registration activities
- Monitor, track, and stay updated on developments in the tax registration field
- Coordinate with management to identify priorities and business needs related to studies, research, data analysis, improvement plans, and other tax registration matters
- Collect and analyze data, prepare recommendations, and develop forecasts to support decision making and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- OR Diploma in Financial Management, Accounting, or Business Administration with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
