We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse to join our surgical team.
The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure patient safety before, during, and after operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and ready
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after surgery
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals
- Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and inventory
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and support
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and UAE healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an operating theatre or surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multiple surgical specialties
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
