Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU to provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in neonatal care, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and a commitment to delivering safe and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
- Monitor and assess vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition of newborns
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and nutrition as prescribed
- Operate and manage neonatal equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and monitors
- Assist neonatologists and physicians during procedures and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols strictly
- Educate and support parents regarding infant care and treatment plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- DHA License / Eligibility Letter (mandatory for Dubai)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NICU or neonatal care
- Certification in BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and equipment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Level III or Level IV NICU
- Advanced certifications in neonatal care
- Experience working in UAE healthcare settings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED5,750.00 per month
