Responsibilities
- Report to the Company’s office on time for every assigned shift
- Attend patients independently for approved nursing and home healthcare services
- Accompany Doctors during Doctor On Call patient visits when assigned
- Provide safe, professional, and patient centred nursing care at patients’ homes, hotels, offices, or other approved locations
- Complete all required EMR, EHR, nursing, patient register, appointment, and clinical records accurately and on time
- Update every appointment movement and status in the Company’s scheduler application
- Follow all Company policies, standard operating procedures, clinical protocols, infection control requirements, and DHA recommended checklists
- Maintain timely communication with the Clinical Operations, Customer Service, Medical Director, Doctors, drivers, and Scheduling Team
- Perform laboratory test sample collection, blood collection, IV therapy, medication administration, wound dressing, vital sign monitoring, and other approved nursing procedures
- Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, including checklists, expiry monitoring, and stock management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence or DHA eligibility letter
- Valid Basic Life Support certification
- Professional indemnity or malpractice insurance, where applicable
- Competence in blood collection, IV cannulation, injections, medication administration, and wound dressing
- Knowledge of infection control, medication safety, stock management, expiry monitoring, and clinical documentation
- Ability to use EMR, EHR, mobile applications, patient registers, and scheduling systems
- Willingness to work day, night, weekend, public holiday, and rotational duties
- Must be punctual, reliable, responsive, organised, disciplined, and professionally presentable

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified, responsible, clinically competent, and highly punctual Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team in Dubai.
- The Registered Nurse will report to the Company’s office at the beginning of every assigned shift and remain available at the office throughout the duty period unless assigned to an authorised patient appointment or other official duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Company’s office on time for every assigned day, night, weekend, public holiday, or rotational shift.
- Remain physically present and available at the office throughout the assigned shift when there are no scheduled patient appointments.
- Attend patients independently for approved nursing and home healthcare services.
- Accompany Doctors during Doctor On Call patient visits when assigned.
- Provide safe, professional, and patient centred nursing care at patients’ homes, hotels, offices, or other approved locations.
- Complete all required EMR, EHR, nursing, patient register, appointment, and clinical records accurately and on time.
- Update every appointment movement and status in the Company’s scheduler application.

Nursing Services and Clinical Duties
- Laboratory test sample collection.
- Blood collection, labelling, handling, storage, and transportation of specimens.
- Approved intravenous drip therapy.
- IV cannulation and prescribed fluid administration.
- Medication and injection administration as prescribed.
- Wound dressing and wound care procedures.
- Vital sign monitoring.
- Catheter care and other approved nursing procedures.
- Post operative and chronic care support.
- Elderly and general home nursing services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence or DHA eligibility letter.
- Valid Basic Life Support certification.
- Professional indemnity or malpractice insurance, where applicable.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, hospital nursing, medical surgical nursing, emergency care, laboratory sample collection, IV therapy, or wound care is preferred.
- Competence in blood collection, IV cannulation, injections, medication administration, and wound dressing.
- Knowledge of infection control, medication safety, stock management, expiry monitoring, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to use EMR, EHR, mobile applications, patient registers, and scheduling systems.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Willingness to work day, night, weekend, public holiday, and rotational duties.
