Call My Doctor Health Care LLC is seeking a qualified General Practitioner for a doctor-on-call home healthcare role in Dubai. The doctor will be on standby 24 hours, attending patients at home, hotel, or office locations.

Responsibilities
- Remain available in on call standby mode during the assigned 24 hour duty period
- Attend a minimum of five Doctor On Call cases within 24 hours
- Visit patients at home, hotel, office, or other approved location
- Conduct medical history, physical examination, clinical assessment, and diagnosis
- Provide appropriate treatment within the Doctor’s authorized scope of practice
- Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted
- Identify emergency or high risk cases and arrange appropriate referral or escalation
- Explain diagnosis, treatment plan, medication instructions, and follow up requirements to the patient
- Complete all patient records, prescriptions, consent forms, and clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain patient confidentiality, infection control standards, and professional conduct
- Coordinate professionally with customer service team, clinical operations team, drivers, and Medical Director
Requirements
- MBBS, MD, or equivalent recognized medical qualification
- Valid DHA General Practitioner license or DHA eligibility letter
- Valid Basic Life Support certification
- Valid professional indemnity or malpractice insurance
- Previous experience in General Practice, Primary Care, Emergency Care, Home Healthcare, or Doctor On Call services preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency recognition skills
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently in home, hotel, and office environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be reliable, responsive, punctual, and professionally presentable

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and professional General Practitioner to join our Doctor On Call home healthcare team in Dubai.
- This is an on call standby role. The Doctor is not required to report to the office and may remain at home during the assigned standby period.
- The Doctor will attend patients at their home, hotel, office, or other approved location and provide medical consultation and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Remain available in on call standby mode during the assigned 24 hour duty period.
- Be available to attend a minimum of five Doctor On Call cases within 24 hours.
- Accept and attend the first five assigned DOC cases without refusal, except in genuine medical, safety, or emergency circumstances.
- Remain reachable by telephone and WhatsApp throughout the assigned standby period.
- Be ready for pickup immediately after receiving confirmation of a patient visit.
- Visit patients at their home, hotel, office, or other approved location.
- Conduct medical history, physical examination, clinical assessment, and diagnosis.
- Provide appropriate treatment within the Doctor’s authorized scope of practice.
- Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
- Identify emergency or high risk cases and arrange appropriate referral or escalation.

Working Conditions
- This is a mobile, on call standby position.

- The Doctor must remain available, reachable, medically fit, and ready to attend assigned cases.
- Patient volume, travel time, visit duration, and location may vary depending on operational requirements.
