Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment process for healthcare professionals and administrative staff
- Coordinate DHA professional licence applications, activations, renewals, transfers and cancellations
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, job descriptions and joining documents
- Coordinate MOHRE work permits, labour contracts, employment visas, medical fitness tests, Emirates IDs and insurance enrolment
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, late reporting and shift compliance
- Prepare monthly attendance, overtime, leave and salary information for payroll processing
- Maintain complete, confidential and inspection ready personnel files for all employees
- Coordinate mandatory training related to DHA requirements, patient safety, infection control
- Act as primary HR contact for employee concerns, grievances and workplace issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Previous experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital or home healthcare facility strongly preferred
- Good understanding of DHA professional licensing and healthcare credentialing procedures
- Working knowledge of MOHRE employment procedures, visas, labour contracts, WPS and employee documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, HR systems and online recruitment platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Summary
- Call My Doctor Health Care LLC is looking for a professional, organized and compliance focused HR Officer/HR Executive to manage HR operations for a home healthcare agency in Dubai.
- Responsible for healthcare recruitment, employee onboarding, DHA licensing coordination, MOHRE documentation, attendance management, payroll coordination, staff training records, employee relations and maintaining personnel files.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment process for doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other staff.
- Coordinate DHA professional licence applications, activations, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, job descriptions and joining documents.
- Coordinate MOHRE work permits, labour contracts, employment visas, medical fitness tests, Emirates IDs and insurance enrolment.

Required Qualifications
