- Provide and coordinate emergency patient care
- Assess patients' needs and implement medical plans
- Perform systematic patient assessment and re assessment
- Record vital signs and escalate abnormalities
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Perform life support procedures (BLS, ACLS)
- Assist in emergency medical procedures
- Provide wound care management
- Facilitate patient admission, transfer, and discharge
Requirements
- Valid UAE nursing license (DOH/DHA/MOH)
- Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Competency in emergency patient assessment and care

Role Overview
- Be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care.
- Educate patients and the public about health conditions.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify patients' needs.
- Implement and monitor patient's medical plan and treatment.
- Perform systematic patient assessment and re assessment.
- Understand and analyse assessment information.
- Determine actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
- Define predicted outcomes of planned care.
- Create and evaluate patient care plans.
- Record vital signs and escalate abnormalities.
- Maintain and update clinical skills.
- Employ strategies to promote health and safety.
- Understand diagnostic tests and lab examinations.
- Perform essential life support as per regulatory requirements.
