- Speak up if something isn't right.
- Comply with NMC Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in DOH/DHA/MOH/MOHAP and NMC Quality Improvement.
- Uphold regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Report untoward/serious and near miss incidents.
- Cooperate with investigations and audits.
- Promote customer service based on patient satisfaction.
- Share best practices through audit.
- Be aware of nursing sensitive KPIs.
- Contribute to positive practice environment.

- Uphold reputation of nursing profession.

- Be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Occupational Safety and Health
- Comply with OSHMS instructions.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures.

- Assist with risk assessments.
- Report OSH hazards and incidents.
- Reduce, reuse, recycle waste.
- Attend OSH trainings and mock drills.
- Participate in OSHMS audits.
