- Develop territory and account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Identify new customers and build a strong pipeline of potential customers

- Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert to prospective customers
- Stay current on competitor offerings and identify strengths and vulnerabilities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain activity and opportunity information in Salesforce
Requirements
- 7+ years of closing experience at a technology company with specific sales experience in the Middle East & Africa regions
- Experience at an Enterprise SIEM company or Enterprise Cybersecurity Company with SIEM
- Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new business
- Track record of exceeding quota in previous sales roles
- Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well versed with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer meetings as needed

Job Summary
- The main goal of the Regional Sales Manager is to drive net new sales from named prospect accounts within the Middle East & Africa territories.
- This is a quota carrying role critical to the continued growth and success of Securonix.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed your quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities at enterprise companies.
- Develop territory and account plans. Create and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new customers. Conduct market research and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with partners to create new customer opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Creatively source new prospects and thoughtfully position Securonix value proposition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert to prospective customers.
- Stay current on competitor offerings and be able to identify their strengths and vulnerabilities.
- Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.
- Influence client decisions and advocate for client needs to negotiate solutions.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to accurately enter, update, and maintain periodic activity and opportunity information in Salesforce.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of closing experience at a technology company. Require specific Sales Experience in the Middle East & Africa regions.
- Experience at an Enterprise SIEM company or Enterprise Cybersecurity Company with SIEM.
- Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new business, predicting an accurate forecast, and demonstrated pipeline management.
- Track record of exceeding quota in previous sales roles.
- Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever changing business priorities.
- Well versed with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
- Critical thinking and creativity, demonstrating drive, initiative, curiosity, and sense of urgency in acquiring customers.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer meetings as needed.
