Role Purpose

  • Lead and oversee regional business operations by driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing profitability, enhancing customer experience, and building high performing teams aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable business growth
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branches
  • Enhance customer experience and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Manage profitability by controlling labor cost, food cost, waste, and OPEX
  • Improve workforce productivity and optimize manpower planning
  • Develop digital sales channels and customer loyalty initiatives
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance to support strategic decisions
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional, Area, and Restaurant Managers
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR
  • Drive organizational culture, values, and change management initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi branch operations, sales, or regional management
  • Strong experience in QSR
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
