Lead sales growth, customer relationships, and revenue performance across an assigned region.
Manage regional sales strategy, key accounts, sales teams, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and revenue plans.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve regional targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, revenue streams, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage customer, distributor, partner, and enterprise relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through account management.
- Prepare forecasts, territory plans, pipeline reports, and performance strategies.
- Monitor sales KPIs, revenue growth, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop pricing, proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, commercial terms, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Coach sales employees, improve sales processes, and resolve commercial challenges.
