Role Overview
Flowserve is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager – Project Management to oversee project-management execution, performance improvement, and capability development across regional manufacturing sites.
The role is responsible for high-value, complex, engineered-to-order customer projects for flow-control equipment. Working with factory project managers, site leadership, and cross-functional teams, the Regional Program Manager will improve delivery performance, profitability, risk management, customer experience, and compliance with contractual obligations.
The position reports to the Global Director of Project Management and operates through strong matrix leadership, stakeholder influence, and direct intervention in critical project situations.

Position Summary
Flowserve is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager – Project Management to oversee project-management execution, performance improvement, and capability development across regional manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the regional portfolio of complex customer projects from initiation through delivery, customer acceptance, and closeout.
- Monitor and report project health, safety, schedule, profitability, revenue, gross margin, percentage of completion, cash flow, customer experience, project risks, and key milestones.
- Support factory project managers with project planning, manufacturing coordination, documentation, customer requirements, and timely delivery against contractual obligations.
