Responsibilities
- Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM
- Oversee CRM project
- Define and implement the regional marketing strategy by market/store, ensuring all communication objectives are linked back to brand objectives
- Cover UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA regions including direct liaison with the brand locally
- Work with local marketeers in other regions making sure strategy is implemented to brand guidelines
- Oversee all offline events in store and activations out of the store
- Challenge creative agency to the highest standards of communication
- Animate the brand, media, and digital agency and identify key opportunities for brand awareness
- Coordinate the relationships between the Brand’s headquarters and Retail marketing
- Use marketing KPIs to set realistic but stretching targets and suggest optimisation on actions and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- University Degree in Business or Marketing
- Excellent knowledge of the industry and ME Region
- Excellent English and Arabic are required
- Marketing experience with global brands in FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets
- Entrepreneur mindset, fully accountable for deliverables
- Ability to coach and deal with regional teams
- Ability to cope in highly stressful situations

Job Summary
- In this role, you will be handling the overall marketing strategy, budgets and objectives and be expected to execute in a fast paced environment.
- We are looking for someone with a 360 overview of marketing, including: retail marketing, digital marketing, CRM and social media experience.
- We are currently recruiting for a strategic Regional Marketing Manager for our luxury jewelry and accessories brand Swarovski.
What you will do

What you need to succeed in this role…
