About the Role
Pink Neon Advertising is seeking an Admin Assistant to support check-in, laundry, cleaning services, front desk reception, and operations coordination. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has good computer skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure check in, laundry, and cleaning services are delivered on time and with high quality
- Connect with guests before, during, and after their stay via phone and email to ensure satisfaction
- Perform front desk reception duties, answer phone calls, and manage leads interested in renting apartments
- Help Operations team schedule and coordinate check ins via email and phone with building security
- Assist finance team with DTCM reconciliation
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker for phone calls and emails
- Good computer skills for email, Excel, and online portals
- Multitasker able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Team player with cross cultural collaboration
- Passion for customer experience and 5 star service
- Interest in startups and sharing economy
- Experience with home sharing platforms like Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com
- Experience in holiday home industry or hotel reception
- Arabic speaker is a plus

Job Summary
- Helping to ensure the check in, laundry and cleaning services are delivered on time and with a high quality
- Connecting with guests before, during and after their stay over the phone and email to ensure their satisfaction
- Front desk (receptionist), answering phone calls and manage some lead interested to rent our apartments
- Helping our Operations team to schedule and coordinate the check ins (email and phone calls with building security)
- Helping our finance team for DTCM reconciliation
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent English speaker for phone calls and answering emails
- Good computer skills for sending an email, managing an excel sheet, registering guests in online portals
- Multitasker, able to work under pressure, staying calm and composed.
- Able to prioritize many tasks at the same time and to manage time efficiently.
- Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter dependencies between teams and cross cultural colleagues.
- Confident and personable, with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement of our 5 stars service
- Interest in startups and the sharing economy is a big plus. Ideally, you will have experience using home sharing platforms such as Airbnb, Home Away, Booking.com, etc. and passion to see the concept flourish
- If you ever worked in the Holiday Home industry or hotel reception it’s a plus
- Arabic speaker is a plus

Conditions
- Salary: Depending on your profile and experience
- Probation: 1 month (trial)
- Visa: after your 1 month trial, our company will provide you the working Visa
- Working hours: 5 days per week – willing to work on weekends, sometimes
