Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our marine and oil & gas products and services in Saudi Arabia & other neighbouring gcc countries. He will be overseeing the Saudi & Bahrain offices.
- The ideal candidate will be a one with strong knowledge of the local market and key stakeholders in the marine and oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads for our marine and oil & gas solutions, including propulsion systems, engine components, automation systems, maintenance services, and spare parts.
- Establish and maintain long term relationships with existing and potential customers, such as ship owners, operators, contractors, shipyards, engineering firms, and consultants.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners, ensuring compliance with the company's policies and standards.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to provide technical support and after sales service to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors' activities, customer needs, and feedback, and provide market intelligence and insights to the management and product development teams.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and plans, and participate in regular sales meetings and reviews.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and other industry events.
- Collaborate with the regional and global sales and marketing teams to share best practices.
