- Identify potential distributors and customers and onboard them
- Plan and conduct seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Engage with key segments including OEMs, automotive, oil & gas, forging, and casting industries
- Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct analysis of competitive landscape and market size
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Take ownership of sales targets and manage the sales process
- Travel frequently to meet with customers and distributors
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage relationships with end users
- Experience in achieving targeted sales outcomes
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Background in industrial sales & marketing
- Fluent in English
- Experience in selling premium industrial capital goods preferred
- Demonstrated success in industrial sales, particularly welding products
