- Identify potential distributors and customers within the techno commercial sales framework and onboard them
- Plan, organize, and conduct engaging seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Actively engage with key segments including OEMs, automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, and forging and casting industries
- Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long term relationships
- Conduct thorough analysis of competitive landscape and market size to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Take ownership of sales targets and manage the sales process to meet or exceed goals
- Travel frequently to meet with customers and distributors
- Utilize background in industrial sales of welding products to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including end users and decision makers
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage relationships with end users
- Experience in achieving targeted sales outcomes
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers
- Background in industrial sales & marketing
- Fluent in English; capable of reading, writing, and speaking proficiently
- Experience in selling premium industrial capital goods preferred
- Demonstrated success in industrial sales, particularly in welding products
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Distributor and Customer Appointment: Identify potential distributors and customers within the techno commercial sales framework, and successfully onboard them to expand our market reach.
- Seminars, Demonstrations, and Training: Plan, organize, and conduct engaging seminars and product demonstrations, as well as comprehensive training sessions for customers and distributors.
- Target Customer Engagement: Actively engage with key segments, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, and the forging and casting industries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promptly address any concerns, and build long term relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape and market size to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence.
- Sales Target Management: Take ownership of sales targets, managing the sales process to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Extensive Travel for Customer Engagement: Be prepared for frequent travel to meet with customers and distributors.
- Industrial Sales Expertise: Utilize your background in the industrial sales of welding products (electrodes) to understand customer requirements.
- Relationship Building with Stakeholders: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end users and decision makers.
Requirements
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with end users.
- Targeted Sales Skills: Experience in achieving targeted sales outcomes.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers.
- Industrial Sales Expertise: Background in industrial sales & marketing.
- Effective Communication: Fluent in English; capable of reading, writing, and speaking proficiently.
- Capital Goods Sales Experience: Experience in selling premium industrial capital goods is preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in industrial sales, particularly in welding products.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
