1. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following, while other duties may be assigned thereafter:
1.
Analyse the potential and select key targets ensure that plans turn into actions through agreed qualitative and quantified actions plans.
2.
Networking and Relationship building - supervise and provide strong support to existing and potential customers in all aspects of developing BU Concrete.
3.
Ensure Sales from targeted markets generate above market growth and that the net result after costs provides an acceptable level of profit in line with budget.
Establish pricing policy together with General Manager.
Implement initiatives to measure and improve market / customer penetration.
4.
Assume or assign responsibility for Key Accounts and Key Projects in conjunction with the General Manager and Regional BU Head Concrete.
5.
Ensure application of BU Concrete know-how within the company and relevant sales and service organization, and ensure the promotional mix is matched to market needs.
6.
Identify product requirements and co-ordinate product line supplication (PLS) with Tech Manager / Market field Manager / R&D Head / Marketing Dept.
Escort the development and roll out in the Country in coordination with Regional and Corporate requirements.
Assure standardisation of portfolio and optimal Customer value in the most economical way.
7.
Take responsibility for production of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as relevant business data for budget and 3-year plans.
8.
Prepare and control the BU Concrete budget in coordination with the General Manager and Regional BU Head.
9.
Initiate corrective actions where necessary.
10.
Perform and supervise special projects according to instructions from the Regional BU Head Concrete or on own initiative.
11.
Ensure an adequate Management information System for the Regional BU Head and General Manager.
12.
Use the Sika CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to the benefit and advantage of BU Concrete.

- Degree in Chemical OR Civil Engineering
1. 1. **Work Experience
- Minimum of
6yrs
- of related management experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1. 1. **Skills**
- + - Problem Solving - Good
• Product Demonstration - Excellent
- Knowledge in Sika range of Products - Excellent
Additional Information
- Industry and/or Country specific requirements:
- Construction chemicals experience is must.
- Should be well connected to market area.
- Willingness to work at sales field.
- Language skills (level):
- English (Fluent)
- Arabic (Fluent)
