Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of global HSQE initiatives while adapting strategies to regional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and applicable international, national, and local HSQE legislation.
• Promote HSQE culture among employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support incident reporting and root-cause analysis, and lead investigations for significant events.
• Assess and monitor subcontractor HSQE capabilities and compliance with company and client requirements.
• Provide HSQE input to tenders, RFQs, and sales processes.
• Develop regional KPIs and contribute to global HSQE reporting systems.
• Develop and manage project HSQE plans aligned with client and contractual requirements.
• Travel regularly across the assigned region to implement and monitor HSQE standards.
• Provide expert guidance on company, client, and site-specific HSQE requirements.
• Lead regional improvement initiatives and share best practices across projects.
• Support risk assessments, HSQE training programs, and engineering plan reviews.
