About the Role

- Track daily system data for sales, risk assets, and other operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Send relevant data reports to the region management team
- Monitor performance indicators in areas of AR, Inventory, expense, and other risky exposures
- Analyze variances and highlight trends
- Follow up on BU performance regarding timing and accuracy of finance reports
- Manage and follow up key projects initiated by HQ/Regional for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years professional FP&A working experience
- Tertiary financial and accounting education background
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) is a plus
- Good work commitment and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English

Summary
- The region daily Sales/Risk Asset/other operation system data track, ensuring accuracy and timing for business decisions.
- Overall Business performance, Risk asset analysis and follow up action and progress on a weekly basis for all Business units in Region.
- Coordinate with the HQ side for key projects management to Business units.
Key Responsibility & Objectives
- In charge of the daily system data maintenance and tracking, ensure data accuracy and timing, and send relevant data report to region management team.
- Monitor performance indicators in operation with BU in areas of AR, Inventory, expense and other risky exposure, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Follow up the BU performance on the timing and accuracy of the finance relative report.
- Manage and follow up key projects kick off by HQ/Regional for improvement purpose.
Key Qualification
- 5+ years professional FP&A working experiences.
- Tertiary Financial and accounting education background.
- Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.
- Good work commitment and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English.
