- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across UAE, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Provide guidance on regional labor laws and compliance matters, ensuring policies and practices are aligned with local regulations
- Lead and support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives
- Partner with managers to handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data informed decisions
- Drive culture building initiatives that reflect company values and resonate across diverse teams
- Support organizational development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HRBP or equivalent role within the UAE market
- In depth knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across UAE
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a cross cultural, multi country environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong problem solving skills and a can do attitude
- Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus
