The Regional Financial Controller, APAC, is a key member of the Group Financial Controller's leadership team and the regional leadership team.
The role provides finance leadership and governance across the APAC region, which employs more than 5,000 people.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with external financial reporting requirements across APAC.
- Steward the regional balance sheet, working capital, cash, and intercompany activity.
- Develop high-performing local finance teams.
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting across regional entities.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for business unit and business group performance.
- Maintain regional internal controls and broader financial governance.

Requirements
- Ability to ensure compliance with external financial reporting requirements across the APAC region.
- Experience or capability in financial governance and regional internal controls.
