Project Deliverables

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers, including workshare and high-value engineering centers.
• Prepare discipline design instructions, engineering manpower plans, and multidisciplinary contract requisition scopes.
• Interface with discipline managers on resources and create work plans for discipline and interdisciplinary interfaces.
• Identify key dates, milestones, and deliverables, manage forecasts, and create workshare plans.

HSE, Quality and Assurance

• Check compliance with the Project Quality System and audit projects.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Security reviews are planned and implemented.
• Manage the development of project-specific procedures.
• Assure the quality of engineering deliverables before issue to the customer.

Schedule and Verification

• Develop and manage project schedules and drive completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Resolve escalated delays and changes and ensure recovery plans are implemented and reviewed.
• Drive and participate in design verification and address risk and mitigation requirements.
• Use knowledge of contract conditions to support change management decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and coordinating engineering teams on technical projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers.
• Ability to manage technical scope, quality, cost, schedule, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to act as the main technical liaison for the client.
• Knowledge of project contractual principles and conditions of contract.
• Ability to drive design verification and understand risk and mitigation requirements.
