Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary regional liaison for client stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, and Facility Coordinators while promoting accountability, technical competence, and professional growth.
- Maintain a visible presence across the portfolio through regular site visits, operational reviews, coaching, and client engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of mission-critical facilities, including work order management, preventive maintenance execution, compliance, and service delivery, to support reliability and operational excellence across the region.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs, asset management practices, and change management processes support critical infrastructure reliability and business continuity objectives.
- Identify, assess, and communicate operational risks while developing practical solutions and remediation plans to address issues before they impact operations.
- Ensure achievement of contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations.
- Responsible for understanding critical assets, identifying operational risks, and proactively communicating remediation plans and improvement opportunities
- Maintain oversight of capital asset requests and project engagement from planning through execution.
- Provide oversight of vendor performance, scopes of work, procurement activities, and service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, accountability, and value.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasting, financial compliance, facility condition assessments, capital planning, and infrastructure improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Utilize CMMS platforms, operational dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead client business reviews and communicate operational performance, risks, trends, and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years of facilities management experience, including at least 7 years supporting commercial, campus, portfolio, mission-critical, or data center environments.
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior facilities leadership role with responsibility for multiple locations and/or teams.
- Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Industry certifications such as CFM, FMA, RPA, LEED O+M, or equivalent are preferred.
Work Environment & Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25% in support of client sites, team members, operational reviews, and business needs across the regional portfolio.
- Ability to conduct site visits within active mission-critical and data center environments.
- Expected to work from a designated office location a minimum of three (3) days per week, with flexibility to meet business and client needs.
Important Experience
12 years of facilities experience/minimum of 7 years in commercial high-rise, campus or portfolio environment with at least 3 years as a senior facilities manager
5 years of additional experience in those environments may substitute for degree
RPA, CFM, FMA or LEED O&M industry certifications recommended
Education
4-year college degree required
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions . The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time . Regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines . Regularly required to walk, talk, and hear
