Regional Business Process Manager

Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technology-driven process improvements.

Support digital transformation projects aimed at increasing productivity and operational effectiveness.

Project & Change Management

Lead and participate in business process improvement projects, particularly within Sales and Customer Service functions.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.

Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Performance Management

Monitor regional KPIs and process performance metrics.

Analyse data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Develop performance reports and provide recommendations to regional leadership.

Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness

Training & Stakeholder Management

Develop and facilitate training programmes for Business Process Specialists across the network.

Build strong partnerships with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.

Knowledge of process mining tools and methodologies is an advantage.

Experience within the shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certifications.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Change Management certifications such as CCMP, COPC, or equivalent.
