- Manage full cycle recruitment for bulk roles (Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, Marine, Fit out, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and recruitment drives
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews for technical and non technical roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between stakeholders and candidates
- Handle large volume hiring within tight project timelines
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Support mobilization for site based and project based requirements
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment for bulk hiring
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment policies
- Ability to source candidates through various channels
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in construction or engineering recruitment preferred
