Role Description

  • The Real Estate Recruitment Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring real estate professionals to support Azora Property’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Proactively building talent pipelines, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to engage experienced agents, brokers, and support staff
  • Maintaining candidate records, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Collaborating closely with leadership to refine recruitment strategies that align with market conditions and the company’s business objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate sector, including market dynamics, roles, and career paths relevant to Dubai and the wider UAE
  • Experience in Sales and talent acquisition, with the ability to identify and attract high performing real estate professionals
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate Development concepts to assess candidate experience and role fit
  • Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on delivering a professional, respectful, and engaging candidate experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR within real estate or a related industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
