- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, including sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads, negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as developers, banks, and legal advisors
- Deliver high quality client service, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations
- Represent Azora Property at events, open houses, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and build a strong personal and company brand
Requirements
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and deal closing
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients
- Familiarity with the Dubai property market, including off plan and secondary market luxury segments, is highly beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools for lead management, property marketing, and documentation
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
