Join the Human Resources team as a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist in Dubai.
Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
Work with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements while supporting a positive candidate experience and talent acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs and organize internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records, monitor participation, and assist in evaluating training effectiveness and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational positions.
- Industrial-sector recruitment experience is required.
- Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
