We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
The ideal candidate will ensure hiring high-quality talent in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job ads and source candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with recruitment systems
- Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
