- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations, counters, and seating areas
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other items as needed
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for coffee culture
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekends, or night shifts as scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Summary
