- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and visa processes
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
