Role Description
- **SSJ Technical Services LLC** is seeking an experienced and professional Cleaning & Facilities Operations Manager to lead and manage our cleaning and facility management operations across residential, commercial, and corporate client sites in Dubai.
- We are looking for a proactive leader with strong operational, client management, and team supervision skills who can help build and grow a high-quality facilities management business.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily cleaning and facilities operations
- Supervise site supervisors, cleaners, and maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits
- Handle client communication and resolve complaints
- Prepare schedules, reports, and operational plans
- Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment usage
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure KPI and SLA targets are achieved
- Train and motivate operational staff
- **Requirements**
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in facilities management or cleaning operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and safety standards
- Good communication skills in English
- UAE driving license preferred
- Experience handling multiple sites is an advantage
