Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Process payroll or coordinate payroll activities, as required
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Perform other accounting and finance related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Zoho)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements

Job Summary
- The Accountant will be responsible for managing day to day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
