Job objective
Lead the recruitment function and oversee strategic talent acquisition efforts.
Ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes through experienced leadership and strategic planning.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and create hiring plans with department heads.
- Lead sourcing, screening, selection, interviews, assessments, and candidate communication.
- Use job boards, social media, networking, referrals, job fairs, and industry events to attract candidates.
- Build employer branding, track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Optimize recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, and streamline workflows to reduce time to fill.
- Review procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws, ISO standards, company policies, and the code of conduct.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven talent acquisition record and delivery of quality hires.
