Temporary finance role supporting e-invoicing implementation across relevant business entities and countries.
The assignment is stated as temporary for four months.
Implementation Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate e-invoicing implementation activities.
- Document current invoicing processes and define business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, IT, ERP, and external vendors.
- Support ERP and accounting-system integration, data mapping, validation rules, tax requirements, and invoice formats.
- Support UAT, system testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing through go-live.
- Resolve implementation issues, data discrepancies, and invoice-processing errors.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and e-invoicing regulations.
- Support go-live, post-implementation activities, transaction monitoring, and failed-invoice resolution.
- Report implementation status to Finance management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, tax, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in finance, ERP, tax technology, e-invoicing, or finance transformation projects.
- Practical experience in finance system implementation.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Good understanding of VAT compliance, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and implementation.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems is preferred.
Key Skills
- Purchase, sales, accounting, and business-process knowledge.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP.
- Data mapping, validation, UAT, and testing exposure.
- Project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting.
- Problem solving and communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
