We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Executive** to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the **construction industry**, and will be responsible for fulfilling manpower needs across various departments and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, including site, office, and support positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, professional sourcing sites ( Naukrigulf, Indeed and Linkedin), internal databases, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews, schedule technical assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within a construction or contracting company in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently.
- **Immediate joiners preferred**.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
