Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and management reports with variance analysis and business insights
- Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for management review
- Conduct ROI, feasibility, and payback analysis for machinery, vehicles, and capital investments
- Monitor asset utilization, revenue generation, operating costs, and profitability of vehicles and machinery
- Prepare vehicle wise and machinery wise performance reports and recommend cost optimization initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning activities across the business
- Verify invoices, bills, expense records, and supporting documents to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare management presentations, reports, and business updates using Excel and PowerPoint
- Provide executive and secretarial support to the reporting manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow up of action items
- Manage business correspondence, documentation, records, and filing systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and internal departments for sourcing activities, quotation collection, comparative analysis, and purchase follow ups
- Assist in vendor evaluation, commercial comparisons, negotiations, and delivery coordination to ensure timely procurement and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Strong analytical and communication skills
