- Coordinate daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation arrangements for employees
- Maintain and update employee accommodation records, room allocations, and occupancy details
- Manage employee check in, check out, mobilization, and demobilization activities
- Monitor camp attendance records and maintain related documentation
- Liaise with HR, operations, and site teams to address accommodation and employee related issues
- Coordinate transport arrangements and employee movement requirements when needed
- Ensure camp facilities are maintained and report maintenance requirements promptly
- Monitor housekeeping, hygiene, and camp cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular camp inspections and report operational concerns to management
- Maintain camp related reports, records, and documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Experience in camp coordination, accommodation management, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview
