Role Overview
Lead and scale the global interview coordination function across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
The role combines people leadership, operational strategy, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
The position collaborates with recruiters and business stakeholders to support global hiring success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of Recruiting Coordinators and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Oversee interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations.
- Design and optimize scalable coordination processes, workflows, and regional best practices.
- Establish operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective use of ATS, scheduling, and recruiting tools.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex hiring activities, including executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events.
- Drive automation, standardization, and Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve scalability and candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, including team leadership experience.
