Recruiting Coordinator

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards to track key pipeline metrics for hiring teams

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be willing to work fully on-site in our Jupiter, FL office

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams
• Experience working in financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking System
• Prior experience coordinating executive-level interviews
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance best practices
• Prior experience in the financial services industry
