The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting the full range of human resources functions at Voloridge, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation.

This position will serve as a trusted resource for employees while helping to create a positive, engaging, and productive workplace.

• Administer new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on company policies and helping resolve workplace concerns
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and 401(k) enrollment
• Ensure company practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage a robust intern program, including onboarding, mentorship coordination, curated calendar of professional and social events, travel, and development of meaningful project work for interns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Partner with management and leadership to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and help deliver employee training and professional development programs
• Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and administration of merit increases
