What You’ll Own
- Source and research candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, other job platforms, and creative sourcing methods.
- Build relevant candidate longlists and prepare clean, client-ready candidate profiles and summaries.
- Support outbound outreach campaigns, including messages, follow-ups, and response tracking.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate availability, and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and records with statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Improve internal systems, documentation, templates, and workflows.
- Flag strong candidates for deeper review and keep searches moving with consistent follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent research is required.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and willing to use other job platforms.
- The role requires organization, strong follow-through, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should be comfortable shaping an evolving role and building structure as processes develop.
