Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer issuance
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for healthcare and non healthcare positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and participate in the selection process as the HR representative
- Negotiate employment terms and facilitate the offer management process
- Recruit healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare staff, patient relations executives, and administrative personnel
- Utilize job portals, professional networks, referrals, and databases to identify qualified candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning initiatives and timely closure of vacancies across hospital and clinic projects
- Manage Emiratization recruitment initiatives to meet organizational and government requirements
- Build talent pipelines and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment process
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied healthcare staff, etc.)
- Knowledge of job portals, professional networks, referrals, and databases
- Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and department heads
- Experience with Emiratization recruitment initiatives

- Work Location: Umm Al Sheif, Jumeirah
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Monthly Salary: AED 6,000
