Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Negotiate offers and follow up until joining
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
