Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Recruiter role based in Qatar.
  • The Recruiter will manage end to end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for clients and internal roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience with HR consulting or HR operations, such as workforce planning, job profiling, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency using digital recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, ATS systems) and a comfort with a digital first approach.
  • Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within consulting, professional services, or a similar environment.
  • Understanding of local and regional labor markets, employment practices, and cultural dynamics in Qatar or the Middle East.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to non discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and alignment with values such as integrity, trust, and continuous learning.
  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years handling end to end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding local Labor Laws and having an established client/candidate network.
